ABOUT US

We are a small privately run company formed from a group  of long term friends and family based in Cambridgeshire.  

Over the years we have specialised in  high end bespoke residential developments with much of our experience gained from executive homes, particularly in sensitive areas such as Grade II Listed building renovations and new build developments within conservation areas.  We always aim to provide a sympathetic array of appealing family homes characterised by beautiful designs using high quality fixtures and fittings for an exceptional finish. We are craftsmen who pride ourselves on our superb workmanship and fastidious attention to detail.

As we are a small family focused company we enjoy building strong relationships and working closely with the local community. When new homes are under construction we always remain sensitive to our neighbours and we use local tradesmen whenever possible.

Our two most recent new homes built in South Cambridgeshire were both between 6000 – 7000 square feet in size. They both had final values of around £3 million, one of which went to the open market and the other for a private client.
